How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 10-12 business days from order to delivery.
We're conscious of our footprint in the world & we're intentional with what we add to the world. As a result, our products are made on-demand or in small batches to eliminate the risk of overproduction. Your patience is a virtue ;)
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Does not apply to discounted products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?
YES - to qualify, send a refund request to holler@coppercoyote.co within 30 days of receipt and the product must be in brand new, unworn condition. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once received, the product will be inspected and you will be notified & receive your refund if it meets the requirements.
Can I exchange for another size or product?
YES - Please be sure to check our size charts before ordering, but no worries if it doesn't fit! Just shoot us an email & we'll send you a prepaid shipping label that you can tape to the same mailer bag to send back. Once received we will send back the desired size.
